Diablo takes you into a whole new gameplay experience, thought that Might and Magic or Final Fantasy was the best RPG? NO WAY! Diablo got everything, random placed playgrounds, so the levels change everytime you start a new game, so you will NEVER play the same game again. Diablo is sold in millions of copies all over the world, and with Sierras Hellfire, it gets even better (if possible)!! Fight down, get down in the labyrinth, 16 dark levels to explore! 8 all new in Hellfire. 60 quests total! In Hellfire you got new quests, 70 in total! Heres the quests I have found so far, and how to finish them:
He is located at level2, in the dungeons. If you find a room filled with blood and bodies, and a strange light, you will know that it is the Butchers room. A warrior should have a 4-8, 3-9 or 1-10 damage weapon and a 73% chance to hit to beat this foe. A magician would have around 60 magic, turn on mana shield, and blast him with firebolts. If you can make it, make a distance between you and the butcher, then run for the stairs (down to level3), walk so you can go down in one step, when he is around 6 matrixes away from you, run around the stairs so you stand behind it, the butcher will be stuck inside the stairs! Now you can bombard him with firebolts/lightnings, this works just fine with the Rogue too. But the Rogue can shoot arrows instead. When he dies you will find the Butcher cleaver.
At level2, find a place with a hole in the wall, when you highlight it with the mousepointer it shall say "Dark Passage", click it. Destroy all creatures within the cave and then the water gets blue. Walk up to town, Pepin will give you something good. The Goatmen inside the cave are scary, and you would arm yourself good before going into combat with them.
In town, when your character is at level5 (not dungeon level, character level), Adria may ask you to get her rod that she left in the labyrinth with Farnham. Now you shall go down to level 2, where the Butcher room is, inside you will find Snotspil. He tells you to go get the "magic", around the corner, and then the door, kill uglies! Uglies=Overlords. Go around a corner and kill all Overlords and WHOLA, you will obtain Adrias Rod. Give it to her for a special elixir!
Ogden will tell you to locate and destroy the evil king, Skeleton King Leoric. At level3, find his lair and open doors and pull switches to enter his room. When you kill him you will get the Crown of the Undead, a VERY good item for any class, and can be worn all through the game, cause its SO good...
At level4, find Ogdens sign and bring it to him. This requires being up to town and getting the quest, and going down and talking to Snotspil in the same level. Then opening a specific chest guarded by Overlords.
When you find this guy, he will tell you not to hurt him, walk away from him so hes out of screen, then talk to him again, walk away, and so forth. He will stock you with 1-3 weapons, and after that, he will attack you! Kill him, and get another item. If you are lucky, you may obtain GARBADS SECRET from him, its a key that leads to the locked room in town (close to Gillians house there will be a locked door), open it with the key and you will find 10000 gold, 2 full gold deposits!
Find a sign that tells you about the Chamber of Bone. On the same level you will find strange walls and a stairway inside the walls, these walls will be opened after reading the book. Go up the stais, and you stand at a Chamber of Bone. Slaught your way forward, there is always 9 magical items, always 2 unique items, and 3-20 normal items to find in there. And this is the only place where you can find the first book to the spell, Guardian. This spell is the ending of the quest, but it doesnt lock the way to the chamber of bone. The Guardian is a nice helper, right-click on the ground where you should love assistance....... on battle.net many guys keeps loading up Guardians, so they got around 50 Guardians in the room. CHEATER THING, cause there is no way even for a level 49 magician with 750 (maximum level with magic items) magic to pump out that many! But if he has a staff, it might be a STAFF OF GUARDIAN, but I wouldnt believe it unless I saw it myself, these cheaters are everywhere...
To find the Blood Rage, you must have equipped the TORN FLESH OF SOULS when entering level6, and wearing it all through the level, then youu may get this quest by reading a book in level7. The Blood Rage is a weapon who is indestructable, and VERY powerful. You must obtain it on level7, but to get it, you must sacrifice Torn Flesh of Souls. Bad thing, but any Warrior/Barbarian/Bard/Monk would, but not Rouges/Sorcerers, they can stick to the Torn Flesh.
Arkaines Valor can be located at different levels, so I cant tell where you find this quest, but its in the Catacombs (level5-8). Simply pick up the Bloodstone, walk up to the Fountain of Blood. A door will open, take up another blood stone in there, walk inside and mark the Fountain of Blood again. And so forth. After a while you will open the door north-east of the Fountain of Blood, and hear a *bling* sound (similar to the sound you get when dropping a level2 armor). Walk along the path and find the Valor!
Release an Evil Spirit from a book, and he will try and kill you, after giving you 3 apocalypse books (this is the only way to find the level1 apocalypse spell), it requires 250 magic to read, and you would read them all if your a magician and have so much magic, or you may die pretty easy when he starts attack you, a warrior/barbarian has no chance against this foe, as you NEED magical stuff like firebolts, lightnings and other magical projectiles to hurt him. A barbarian cannot destroy him without magical items and/or scrolls, and the warrior may be able to easier, but the sorcerer is the best warrior against this foe (TIP: When you find the book, do NOT read it, save up to 250 magic (with magical items wrap up to 255), THEN, read the book, obtain the apocalypse books, and kill him with apocaypse/fire attacks. He is resistant to everything but fire.
Zhar will stand in a library, and gives you a book if you speak to him, but if you take out a book from the bookcase, he will attack you. After his defeat you will obtain 2-3 books, if it is 2 books, you will also find a lot of gold (400-700)!
At level10 (or it is random in the levels 9-12, I dont know), find a great lava sea, there will only be one way to walk inside a island in the middle, where it stands thousands of demons. Then you have come to the right place, in the middle you will obtain the Anvil of Fury, give it to Griswold, and he will give you something good, his Edge...
This is one of the most irritating quests Ive ever found. Find a book in the Caves (level 9-12), give it to Adria, and then take the Black Mushrooms to Adria, she will give you an elixir, and then give that elixir to Pepin, get a brain from a demon down in the caves (kill any monster), walk up to Pepin, walk up to Adria, and you will have the Spectral Elixir for keep, drinkable! Im not sire about this quest, I think it was like this, figure yourself and let me know...
Find this book at level 3 Crypt (hellfire), you can then find a special enemy Succubus, she is strong, and sexy as always... kill her and find the Ring of Engagement!!!
Hellfire only! Kill this fiend and you have finished the crypt, you will obtain MILLIONS OF ITEMS for killing him.
Hellfire only! You must be level15 (character level) or higher to get this quest from Lester the Farmer, he will give you a rune bomb, and with it you can blow up the hive.
Hellfire only! Easter Egg only! I havent completed this quest yet, so that guy is still walking around as a cow... let me know if you find it, and Ill tell everyone, OK?
Hellfire only! The Defiler, is located at level4 Hive, kill him and find a cathedral map, place this map at a grave, and you will find the way to the crypt!
I always gets goose bumps when I see him, and even more when I talk to him. He is so sad, and his sadness rottens the whole place. Around him you can hear an eerie sound, and it sounds scary, bur somehow familiar and comfortable. Its a lot of mystique around him and his voice, and those who speak with him cannot do it without trusting him, fearing him, feel sorry for him. When you have spoke to him once, you must go down a level and find the Golden Elixir, give it to Lachdanan, and he will die and give you two things, Gotterdamerung or Harlequin Crest (I think the name was, but I am not sure), and he will give you his armor. And his spirit will watch over you, after this quest is completed, you regenerate when monsters see you! Very good at level16! But if you are an evil person, he might try and destroy you, this I have only seen once, I was playing Diablo with my Rogue and stepped up to him with 50HP 30Mana, he said "How much suffering mortal, does it take before you loose your grace? Let me show you...", kill him to obtain the same things, you wont regenerate, but if you drink the Golden Elixir he wants, you WILL regenerate, so there is no loss/win in any choice of this quest, just different playout.
Find his staff at level15, give it to Cain the Elder, he tells you to find Lazarus and kill him. Back at level 15, you shall find a diablo mark, it should be a red portal very close to it, walk inside, and read all the teleportation books you will find. You will see a movieclip, and fight Lazarus, kill him and his ilk for a GREAT reward (Diablo Nail, but that requires you kill EVERY creature in the whole game, including uniques and ALL creatures!)!
After killing Lazarus, the diablo mark will be flashing in red (depending on which version of Diablo you have, you might need to walk up to Cain first), click it and go down to level16. Pull three/four switches (depending on how you completed yor quest), kill MILLIONS of demons, and finally, stand eye-for-an-eye with Diablo and a half million bodyguards! The "bodyguards" are no problem, but Diablo can irritate you a lot while you kill them, if you are playing Hellfire Hell difficulty, or multiplayer hell, I think it is impossible to beat Diablo, if your playing Diablo VS Hero only it is hard too! You NEED help from at least one person to wipe him out!
Cheating
First of all, I gonna tell you THIS, cheating sucks, and the day when it is accepted by battle.net players, my playtime is over. How fun is it to PK a player when he cannot even hurt you? Its a lot funnier to wipe him out normally and then scream: "LOOOOOOOSER!!!! WILL YOU EVER BE ANYTHING??? LEARN HOW TO USE THE MOUSE BEFORE YOU MOVE ONTO PLAY DIABLO!!! AND YOU CAN NEVER DEFEAT ME!!!", but of course, the other guy can win too, but at least, if it was a legit PK, I do not be angry with that person, Im glad that he killed me legit and just says "Thanks for a good match, next time Ill be better and kill you, you won this round, congratulations!", its nicer to say, and do NEVER do as Erkan666, claim that people cheat just because he couldnt kill them with autokill, is a little protection against these hacks/cheats really a cheat? NO, its protection AGAINST cheating, it would be another thing if I had God Mode or something, then he tells that he shot 124682589657896472946729673 fireballs and lightnings at you and you didnt die, hes a joystick sucker, first and foremost! I will add an Erkan666 thing on the main site, great thing if you wanna tease him! Mail me any stuff that can make people lauygh about Erkan666 and his foolish attempts! The only required thing is that the story is really true! Have fun, teasing Erkan666!!!!!!
